Mark Haveland
Owner/Trainer
Mark’s passion for training dogs began as a teenager and continued throughout his life, working with dogs of all breeds and personalities. After serving as a combat veteran in the first Gulf War, Mark transitioned into law enforcement, where he became a K9 Handler for his department, training and handling Trass, a dual-purpose patrol and narcotics German Shepherd.
Determined to be the best, Mark built one of the top K9 teams in the area, earning a reputation for results-driven training and unmatched dedication. After his law enforcement career, he continued working with protection dogs and completed an intensive Apprentice Trainer program, gaining daily experience with puppies, adults, and senior dogs across many breeds.
Today, Mark brings a disciplined and proven approach to every dog he trains, helping dogs and their families achieve calm and confident success in real-world environments.
Ronni Haveland
Owner/Office Manager
Ronni has been passionate about animals her entire life, growing up with dogs and cats as part of her family. After attending basic obedience classes with two of her own dogs, she saw firsthand how training creates a better life for both four-legged and two-legged family members.
Ronni continued building her skills by training alongside Mark with their service animal, Zeus. As a proud wife, mother, and grandmother, and with experience as a small business owner, special education teacher, and Realtor, Ronni brings natural multitasking skills, patience, and a heart for helping others.
Her approach to dog training is simple: meet every dog and owner where they are, work with positivity, and keep the process organized and stress-free. For Ronni, every session is a chance to strengthen the bond between dogs and their families and to make a lasting difference.
